Join me with Peter Griffiths. I'm Brian V, and this is why we work today. I have the great pleasure of speaking to you with Mr Peter Griffiths. Good day finds her good day to you. Thanks for having me. You are a gracious man. I know it just from the get Go. Just knowing what little I know of you or you are quite gracious. And I appreciate your time. I gave a little introduction about you just previous to this. Would you be able to give me a little introduction about some of the work you're doing now And about you? Yeah. Yes, certainly. So I guess I'm a leadership coach. Andi. I helped creatives ous. Well, I want a company.

I'm the co founder off the mind Take away, which is based in Berlin. So primarily we support managers and leaders and all shapes and forms in many different iterations across many different types of businesses. But what pulls it all together, we help them to become more human centric. Get them that promotion they never got on. Just be really comfortable being themselves. Like you could say. Yeah. When did it all start? Peter? What? What was your first job that you had? Maybe as a youth. Wow. Okay. You want to go all the way back that all the way back, even like if it was a lemonade stand or delivering newspapers? What was the first thing that you've ever worked with? I think the first job a hard was, I guess, in the you actually call it.
